The Maistrali Hotel in Livadi Serifos is a seafront complex of hotel rooms and apartments, all of which are fully-equipped with the comforts of home. The Maistrali Hotel Rooms in Serifos are single, double or triple, while the apartments are for four persons, making them ideal for larger groups and families. All Maistrali Serifos rooms and apartments are air-conditioned and include:

  • a private bathroom
  • a mini fridge
  • a satellite TV
  • a phone
  • a safe deposit box
  • a hair dryer
  • cooling - heating
  • a private balcony, where you can relax, with either a sea view or a view of the mountain and the whitewashed, cubic houses in Serifos Town

Baby cots are provided upon request at the Maistrali Serifos rooms.

NOTES

We are pleased to offer our guests a complimentary shuttle service to and from the port. This service is available upon request, and we kindly ask that you provide us with your arrival and departure details in a timely manner to ensure efficient service.

Enjoy the option of a delightful breakfast at a cost of €13 per person (optional). Our breakfast menu is thoughtfully created each day and you will be informed of the next day's selection the evening before, allowing you the choice to join us for a wonderful start to your day. Breakfast is served from 08:30a.m. to 11:00a.m.

All rooms are twin or double-bedded (the type of bed depends on the current availability) and in special cases are available as singles or triples (addition of a third bed).

Kitchen is not provided in the apartments.

Our rates do not include the Accommodation Tax, currently set at €2.00 per night per room.

- During all periods and for all types of accommodation, please add €5 when booking for one night only.

- For weekend reservations during the low and mid-season (Friday and Saturday nights only), an additional €5 fee per night applies to all accommodation types.

PREPAYMENT POLICY

In order to make a reservation at the Maistrali Hotel Apartments and Rooms in Serifos, it is necessary that the amount of one-night’s stay is prepaid via:

  • credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
  • deposit in our account at Alpha Bank

RESERVATIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a reservation is cancelled:

  • 22 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
  • 14 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
  • 13 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded.
